Once your package ships, it is entirely in the hands of USPS and we have to rely on them to get it to you in the timely manner they have promised and that we have paid for.
You can track it on their site using your tracking# and this link.
(You can find your tracking# in the email we send when your item ships to the email address you used when you ordered).
This tracking info that you see on the USPS site is exactly what we see and we have no other information available on the status of your package and if you have any questions about exactly where your order is, please contact USPS from their website.
It takes USPS between 5-10 days to get the tracking# entered into their system and once it ships your package should be there within 12-20 days.
If for some reason it is past the 20-day mark and you still do not have it, please drop us a line and we will file a lost package claim with USPS and you will have the option to have it reshipped at our cost or to get a full refund.
Occasionally, USPS will jump the gun and you will get an order delivered message and you will not yet have your package yet-if this happens, you will usually have it in a day or two.
